Faith Forge Labs · Canada
Software and websites built around how Canadian teams actually work
Faith Forge Labs builds customer portals, internal tools, integrations, automation, and modern websites for organizations serving Canada. You work directly with the person responsible for planning, building, testing, and launching the system.
You do not need to arrive with a finished specification. Tell me what is slow, confusing, repetitive, unreliable, or difficult to manage. I will help turn that problem into a practical technical plan.
What I can build
- Custom websites and customer portals
- Internal tools and workflow systems
- Web and mobile applications
- Automation and system integrations
- AI-assisted search, support, classification, drafting, and knowledge tools
- Repairs, migrations, modernization, performance work, and recovery
- Technical SEO, analytics implementation, accessibility improvements, and launch verification
Common project situations
- A customer or partner portal that makes status, documents, approvals, and next steps visible in one place.
- An internal workflow system that replaces spreadsheet, inbox, and manual handoff chains.
- A focused integration layer that connects existing platforms without forcing an unnecessary full rebuild.
- A modernization project that stabilizes an aging application, improves security and performance, and creates a documented handoff path.
Built for the way your organization actually works
The right solution may be a focused repair, a better configuration, an integration between existing tools, a small custom application, or a larger replacement. I do not recommend rebuilding a system simply because custom software is possible.
Before development begins, we identify who uses the system, which steps matter, which records must remain accurate, what can fail, who approves decisions, and what successful delivery looks like.
Planning for Canada
Projects connected to Canada may need additional decisions about language, local formats, payments, privacy, accessibility, vendors, data movement, and support. Those questions become part of discovery and testing rather than being added as decoration at the end.
Canadian teams generally have substantial working-hour overlap with Georgia, although the exact overlap depends on the province, territory, and daylight-saving schedule.
Use the Canada digital project planning guide to organize the workflow, systems, information, and ownership questions before a build begins.
Work directly with the person responsible for delivery
You will not be passed from a salesperson to a separate delivery team. The person learning your workflow is also responsible for the technical decisions and the finished work.
Start with the problem
Send a short description of:
- what you are trying to build or fix;
- who will use it;
- what currently happens;
- which tools or vendors are involved;
- what result matters most.
I will help organize the next questions.

Planning a Canadian checkout or payment workflow?
Payment work is bigger than adding a button. The customer experience, tax inputs, order status, fulfilment, refunds, reconciliation, and support path all need to agree. Our Canada commerce guide shows the questions worth answering before development starts.
Remote service, stated clearly
Faith Forge Labs works from the United States and does not claim a local office in Canada. Project scope, timing, language support, and deliverables are agreed in writing. Legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, and certified-translation decisions stay with the client and qualified Canadian advisers.
